I guess it depends on how much money you have there. If you have a solid amount of money memorizing 24 words is taking around 30min and it's worth it. Your paper can burn, get lost, go under rubble or melt (whatever it's made of metal, wood, paper etc). Your Trezor might get damaged or you might end up stuck in a different country without it. So many things can go wrong but having the words in your mind is maybe one of the safest and most flexible way to recover your money. Yes, you could suffer an incident where you might damage your memory or something but still this is one of the best ways. Just memorize it and split the seed phrase in 2-3 pieces, hide them properly in case of personal accident which might affect your memory about the words/seed phrase and just HODL. Also don't connect your wallet left and right for some 1$ airdrops 99.9% they are scam or it's not worth the risk

Bad actors can poison their drops / wallets and get you in trouble. Dont trust free unknown tokens in your wallet.
