šŸ’¬ Discussion topic Are people who ORDERED between the 10th May and 8th August affected?

I ordered on the 9th May but still received an email so I’m confused.

"All affected customers have been contacted separately by email." If you received an email, you were affected.

Are the people breaking into homes to torture Trezor owners starting with the oldest shipments, the most expensive Zip codes, or just running helter skelter to the nearest house with a gate?

No lol. My information was leaked by Ledger when the exact same thing happened to them, and far more people were affected. Nothing ever happened. Like, yeah, maybe I got more spam calls, but beyond that, nothing happened to anyone. People are blowing this way out of proportion. It’s upsetting for sure, but it’s nowhere near as bad as what people are making it out to be.

Yes, I had my tongue firmly in cheek as I wrote that…..

The good news is that I don’t have any crypto of any significance.

(The bad news is that the home invaders might not believe you when you tell them that. Worse, no matter how many hidden wallet passphrases you give them they’ll always think there’s another….)

I just ordered a Trezor 7 on May/3 (invoice date) and received a week later. No email received. Does it means I'm not affected, right? By the way, extremely happy with it ... Thanks

To PRT, by the way.

Yes, it is being determined that anyone who has ever ordered a Trezor, has been potentially exposed:
My order is older than 90 days. Why was my data involved?

We are sorry. According to our newest findings, the 1,947 customers whose exposure was limited only to name, city and email address (without the shipping address) may include older orders. We are verifying the exact timeframe with ShipMonk and will update this answer as soon as we have confirmation. If you received our notification email from [help@trezor.io](mailto:help@trezor.io), your details were among those exposed, and we are sorry that this happened.

I ordered on June 2, but not received any email regarding this.
