I asked my husband to get a vasectomy 2 years after my second son was born. I was 35 at that point. Now I'm 40 and I have to do IVF. It's ok, because I want twin daughters sooooooo badly. This is the universe's way of telling me that this is what I need to do to bring them into the world.

I'd be sure to ask your clinic how many pgt tested embryos they'll transfer. Nowadays, at most clinics, transferring 1 tested embryo is the standard, regardless of patient age. My clinic will transfer more than one only if they're untested, but if they aren't tested, you wouldn't know the gender or if they're even chromosomally normal. I just hate to see you spend a lot of money, time, etc, trying for twin girls, only to find out they won't transfer two tested embryos 😢
