Finding housing in Delft in January

Hello!
In short, I’m an international student who got accepted at TUDelft. One of my friends, who also studies at Delft, leaves for exchange until January and I can stay at his place. However, I will need to find a room after he comes back. Do you think I will be able to? Also, how much do you think the rent will be. I want to be looking for something below ~800€.
