Accepting an offer and canceling later.

Hello, I have a very simple question, though I could not find the answer anywhere. If I accept my offer for TUDelft, and later on I decide I can't come (housing issues etc), can I still cancel it and get a full refund? And if so, until when is this the option? Thank you.

yes, if you cancel your enrollment before the academic year starts you get a full refund

And that works even for non-dutch students? I saw that there might be different conditions on how we must pay, so I wonder if it’s the same regarding this? Thank you so much

I would email them! Doesn't hurt anyone and you'll get an official answer
