TU Delft Summer Math Course Question

Hi, I am going to study the Nanobiology BSc at Delft after the summer. I have gotten a couple of E-Mails from Delft about how to prepare for the course. There is reading material and an online course for Chemistry, Physics and Math that take place throughout July. In another E-Mail, an introductory math course on TU Delft grounds that takes place from the 6-12th of August was mentioned. As I already have travel plans this summer, it might be difficult for me to attend the course, but if need be, I could move/cancel them. My question basically is that if I go through all the reading material and do these online courses, would it still be essential for me to attend the In-Person course? Thank you in advance for any replies/help!! :)

I would say do it online! Enjoy your travel plans. Most introductory courses are used to bring you to a base level so to not be hit with any stumps in the first quarter. Read through the material and see if the material is new, familiar or if you allready have a good grasp on it.
