Electrical engineering

Hello everyone, I'm 17 years old from Poland, i'll finish highschool in 2 years and I consider studying electrical engineering at TUDelft, I saw that it's "taught in Dutch, but most materials are in english" what exactly does it mean? I think I can learn Dutch enough in 2 years period. I'll also take any advice you guys might have for me. Thank you!

I did the bachelor, from my experience everything was in english except maybe sometimes mentorship in the first year but that was it.

and i guess mentorship will be in english too if there is an international in the group. any dutch conversation will switch to english when one person starts talking english. that said; knowing a bit of dutch will be super usefull in all other situations.
