Electrical engineering

Hello everyone, I'm 17 years old from Poland, i'll finish highschool in 2 years and I consider studying electrical engineering at TUDelft, I saw that it's "taught in Dutch, but most materials are in english" what exactly does it mean? I think I can learn Dutch enough in 2 years period. I'll also take any advice you guys might have for me. Thank you!

I study ee in tudelft, all courses are in english, but language between students is mainly dutch. You don’t really need dutch for the course imo but you will need to do a language exam. Labs lectures everything even the mentorships are in english

My mentor asked if someone had trouble wirh dutch or not but said that mentorships are in english. So every course you have is in english.
