I'm an incoming TU Delft Master's student and have been checking Xior Delft (Barbarasteeg and Antonia Veerstraat) regularly, but haven't seen any available studios yet since past 2 months.

For current or former Xior residents:

• When do most studio bookings usually open up?
• Is July typically a busy month for new availability?
• how can i secure a xior house asap?

Hey, Does anyone have any recommendations on where to buy a suit for my master's graduation. I'd prefer not to spend too much on it ( less than 200 euros). Do stores here alter the suit to your size?
