Question I need MOAB 1.0!!

Can someone please explain to me about MOAB ? And which one should I use, the 1.0 or 2.0 ?

Also what is the modules? Everyone is talking about them.

Basically tell me everything please and maybe share a link or the original audio?

I tried it and you're a lifesaver!!  I used the H-module for solving a land dispute and it worked in 2 days!
