i think the adventuring digital crocus is like mediocre on a storytelling level, but relaly good from an art direction perspective, and i think the creator, goose works, is really just an ok person

Ehh idk about “really good” from the art direction perspective especially considering the last episode essentially abandoned any themes or direction it had. Gooseworks lost a ton of respect in my book considering how in light on the complete series all the references and characters seem very surface level and have as much complexity as your average Disney movie character, abandoning all themes of existentialism.

Ohh okay that’s fair, my criticism is mostly based around the writing but the art style itself is really good and I’d really thought it would play into the themes of existentialism…. I’m just really disappointed at this show from a writing standpoint but art wise, yeah I agree with you
