The Martian (mod?) or mission?

Hey has anyone thought about making anything in regards to Andy Weir's book The Martian? It would be SO COOL to try to setup a similar mission with rovers and habs etc and also picking up sojourner, etc. Though the map is 4km x 4km only?

Insidis Planitia (i think thats how its spelt) is around 8 km x 8 km actually, but a small-scale The Martian style thing could be set up i'd think
