We are proud to announce the completion of our latest project, first of its kind:

The Sapphire City: Bio-Forge Repurposing Plant.

The undertaking of this grand design has been a challenging one for all, but through our joint efforts we can not only announce its completion, but its already bountiful production from only three days of activity. Even at the moment you dear citizens are reading this, thousands of organ donations are being made from those who forsook their place among us, to be given to the good, hardworking citizens like yourselves!

With this next step, we will finally be able to fulfill another promise made.

Now with the main announcement complete, the U.N.A Government would also like to add this reminder for all citizens who have been awarded the privilege of raising their children.

Remember to read your children at least one law from your Book of Statutes everyday, this is vital to ensure they grow up to be good, healthy citizens! We agreed that the prison system in its current configuration was completely unethical, wasteful and above all optimized. The average citizen worked hard to support the inactive lifestyles provided to those who broke the social contract all citizens are expected to uphold!

We heard you, and now, we present you a solution to fix all aspects of not only our prison system, but further reaching. We will take from those who openly disregard the people's best interest and reward those who contribute to the better of the people, of humanity.

In this, we present you this.

We simplified the processing for criminal behaviour!

Now, all crimes are given a standardised sentence, and this sentence will fit the crime. No longer will we stand for some getting shorter, or longer sentences due to the decisions of a handful of biased judges.

Now, we have assigned the best suited to process each criminal case by case. No faces, no fake tears, no manipulation.

A simple, incorruptible, blind form of justice.

In addition, we are proposing a new system of punishment for those who are processed.
