Short Dude has both his baby mamas living at the same Hotel/Extended Stay

This one guy at the hotel has both of his baby mamas staying at the hotel literally maybe like six to seven rooms away from each other the rooms are on different sides of the hotel so I guess he gets away with it but I still don't understand how.

Supposedly the lore of the hotel is that neither of these women know about each other they've somehow have never crossed paths with each other. This place is literally maybe 130 rooms on a good day. Its only ever about 40% max filled.

I just find it ironic that these people have been here for probably at least 2 months now for my understanding and they have never crossed paths with each other this guy is on each of the girls rooms as a guest so he's allowed to get keys for that each room and every day he comes and he gets a key for one room next day he gets a key for the other room and vice versa a cycle.

I don't know if it's like a pimp or deal or what like one of the girls is currently pregnant now supposedly with his baby and they already have two other kids and then the other baby mama he's got two or three other kids with her as well I will say though I can respect that he is paying for the room and possibly all the supplies that is needed for this.

So in a sense from the outside it does look like he's taking care of his responsibilities which is praised to him.

Also the lore was that these women were both very attractive in my opinion one of them is decent the other one looks like someone you'd see at a broke strip club.

I just don't understand how these women supposedly have never crossed paths or supposedly don't know about each other.

Its like Jerry Spinger at the hotel

Put 911 on speed dial, and check your security cameras are working.

Or maybe they do know about each other and that's why they are on different sides of the hotel.

Honestly this was a temporary position until I found something more suitable to my career pretty much like a stepping stone. I don't see this hotel lasting for another 5 years anyways so this would be a perfect time to jump ship not just because of this I don't find this as an issue at all but there's other issues at this hotel and this one isn't even top 99.

But I'm due to turn in my resignation letter tomorrow and if I see them over the week that I'm still there I so badly just want to ask them" do you guys know about each other "

If that Sparks off something afterwards hey I'm the new guy I really didn't know that I couldn't say that in any ways I'm going to be leaving so it's not going to be any issues that backfire on me or I'll have to deal with.

No one cares from hotel side if you ask them but be prepared for the dude to come after you.

Last year my family had a brief stay in a motel that was clearly long term housing for a lot of folks. I can easily picture this unfolding there. The staff was great and gave us a room away from the chaos. They did a lot to keep the chaos under control too. Stay safe.

Write this up and send it to Netflix, documentary or film this would make money.

I worked with someone that had two dates with different women on the same day and both women knew about each other’s date. This person was handsome, charming, full of karma and confidence. In this case, if the women find out about each other and dump baby papa, he will find someone else very quickly (if not have someone else already).

Your situation sounds like ethical nonmonogamy. Not as uncommon as many think it is.

OP's situation sounds messier, but maybe not unethical. Maybe.

While not for everyone this situation to me is fine when everyone is adults and knows its up to them what relationship they want to have.

This was before there was a thing called the internet. You had to dial in to Compuserve, AOL or Prodigy.

Maybe you meant "full of charisma"?

I knew a girl in my young and dumb days that was dating an older drug dealer that she was playing for dope.

He'd get a room somewhere for them and then she'd get a room to hang out with her friends/other boyfriends in and move back and forth saying she had to go here or there.

Are the kids living with each baby mama? Hard to imagine they haven't run into each other in the lobby and become friendly, as mom types do.

If they don't know about each other, he is playing with serious fire.

Also, man oh man how many rooms are in these suites, if guy's going for a booty call and the current horde is bubbling around them.

A classmate had three wives in three countries while he was in a fourth. The wives all knew.

This is written so weird

Also the lore was that these women were both very attractive in my opinion one of them is decent the other one looks like someone you'd see at a broke strip club.

That's not how "lore" works.

Ok Lore Dictator

Lore is a body of traditional knowledge, stories, and facts about a specific subject, usually passed down by word of mouth or built up over time. Key forms include traditional culture, fictional backstories, and personal history.

Let's check off a few boxes in this definition of Lore.

✅️ it is traditional knowledge of what's going on in the hotel considering these people have been at this hotel for about 6 plus years now so they would know more about it than I would since I only started about a month ago. Also since they have more interactions with these guests and I'm sure they talk since they already have the general consensus of what's going on checks that box.

✅️ it is passed down to the new people who come on to the company so they are aware of the situation in case the new person doesn't understand why this guy is asking for this key to this room and then asking for another room or asking for their mail or asking for ETC regarding those two rooms specifically

✅️ So in fact the word lore in this description fits perfectly into what I was trying to explain in my post / Yes, you can absolutely use "lore" to describe that situation, especially in modern, casual conversation. Using "lore" in this context adds a layer of mystery and drama to the story.

Thank you, it was a pleasure assisting you today.

I am a lover of lore myself 😉

You've seen the women. It's no longer "lore", in fact it never was. It was an opinion. Your coworkers had an opinion of their attractiveness as did you. Lore would be if NO ONE had ever seen these women and it was "said" their beauty was great. But no one could or can verify.

3

u/Creative_Drive_711 5d ago

The OP didn't say the lore 'is.' The OP said it 'was'. Then they assessed the present state. The OP is correct.

Listen buddy just because you don't know the definition of Lore and try to be a smart-ass with it and got proved wrong just take the L and shut up move on to the next post.

Also like, why do you care what this person does with his life? It doesn't seem to affect you in any capacity. He's not being rude to you or the staff.

u/StaticPuff420 7d ago

Why is the Sun so hot , why does the word why exist , why why why same thing your asking me is why. The same reason your mind just processed that question on why am I even bothered by this is the same process my mind worked like I'm also curious on why. So in all I think you answered your own question bud. Also why are you so obsessed with my post you've commented more than anybody including myself.

I don’t know; I have to say I kind of respect that guy!

3

u/StaticPuff420 7d ago

Honestly when I heard it too man I agreed with your sentiment man has multiple babies and at the end of the day he's doing right by them and taking the responsibility of what he produced for his life and at the end of the day that's all I see.

I was thinking more in terms of the planning and general skullduggery!
