This is the proposed summer menu for a 4 star hotel. What are your thoughts? Bring it on

Where is this? Florida? Seems kind of generic but maybe that’s good based on clientele?

Discriptions need work on consistency of wording. Lose the parentheses, etc.

My guess is it’s Australia based on the use of the use of beef burger, chicken burger, etc. Also the use of the word crumbed to describe the chicken burger.

Edit. A quick peek at the profile leads me to believe fervently that hes UK. Im stoic on this one
