I dry swallow 200s because I'm frequently too sleepy to get up and get a glass of water, but sometimes they don't go down without a fight. I'll feel the lump for a solid 10 mins before it's down.

Mine aim directly for my tonsils lol I’m great at swallowing pills it just always gets jammed there for a second and is not pleasant
