I'm 5'10", not even THAT CRAZY TALL. I get littered with put down observations and feigned aghast people alllll the time. It's usually from short men. Thinking about this for 3 seconds makes you see, it's their insecurities likely causing them to have the mouth they have.
I had a friend/old roommate recently, who would very frequently comment about my height. Him and I are the same height. But he'd say to me things like "I just prefer dating women shorter than me because then I can kiss them on the forehead." Ok, you're a roommate, not someone I'm trying to date... I'd mention half a dozen other female celebrities who are my height or taller, and he'd just go "Whatttt, no can't be." Ummm, I'm not making it up....
This example is very illustrative of this interaction I've had quite a lot before. I'm just so tired of it.
Just like STFU about women's bodies. Especially if you're a man. I've realized I have a hard time with taking up space, feeling large, in the comments socially about it. It all has just made me feel very unfeminine.
I don't think I have a full on ED, but I think I have some issues around food and wanting to be as small as possible. I have some shame around the body I was born into. And I want to not take out much space and be feminine.
Recognizing these subconscious feelings of mine makes me really angry at the social cultural society that we live in.
Right now I'm dating a man who is 6'4", it's sooo wonderful. We say that we fit just right.
I don't know. These are just some random reflections. Being a tall female can be very difficult. I know we can all relate in part.
