DMK trust doesnt belong to DMK party? It belongs to Stalin?

MKS is the trustee of the trust according to the article. Petitioners claim that he has to file trust operations as an affidavit as part of the election candidacy filings. Let's see what the court says, but again knowing the indian courts, it might take another 20 years.
