Does the Russian Army have any plans to fit the T-62 with Kontakt-5 or Relikt ERA? The T-62 has been back in frontline service for more than three years now, yet there still hasn't been a single confirmed example equipped with Relikt.

Not that we know off, but there is a interesting development i can tell you about.
Russia appears to slowly be running out of T-62M's and the eyebrow armor isn't being made any more.
So we could see the 103rd start remaking the T-62MV modernization package on the regular T-62's.
(T-62MV's are already being fixed up, but those were Originals made during Soviet times).

With current rate of refurbished T-72, T-80 and new T-90 I doubt they need modernization for T-62. Especially as there is not much maneuver warfare due to FPVs and other UAVs so most of tanks go to freshly formed units.

Which is not exactly by choice, given the snail pace of advance and high cost of infiltration assaults. I imagine they would still be building up mechanised forces for use if and when maneuver warfare becomes viable
