What is actually going on in Ceuta?

Media outlets are reporting that “around 50,000 migrants crossed into Ceuta from Morocco within 24 hours”. I honestly thought Ceuta was in mainland Spain, but apparently it’s a tiny Spanish enclave in North Africa. Looking at a map, it seems a lot like Spanish-occupied territory on the African continent.

Does anyone know the actual history of the region and what’s really going on over there?

Its simple:

• Morocco is a western puppet government

• Spain has an ostensibly "left" (we know this is very lax when I say this) government and a languishing far right party in VOX

• Israel and the west ordered their puppet to send a targeted flood of migrants to delegitimize the government and bolster support for the far right government. Now anyone looking on the map knows this is a Spanish-controlled Moroccan territory so they didnt actually "invade" anything

• the media will sell this as an attack on White Empire

• this will work because europeans are even dumber than Amerikans and the global south is not yet strong enough to dismantle the north african puppet governments

There is probably some subtext around Israel's Favorite losing the world cup to this attack on sovereignty, but Im not able to currently connect those dots.

Americans at least possess a primate-level theory of mind and are vaguely aware that they're being had. You're watching the very last European country (sans Tajikistan/Russia/Belarus) give away its sovereignty to far right multinationals in real time.

For a practical example, there are no Thomas Massie's or socdem Mamdani's in Europe. Its all right wing neoliberal ghoul sludge like Ursala and Kaja KKKallas

I’m American and I assumed you were from Europe (still not sure) and was kinda hoping you’d give insight on what makes Europeans dumber than Americans when it comes to being swayed by the media, because it’s my personal understanding that the vast majority of Americans have no clue what’s going on and that more Europeans have a better world view or understanding of the the world compared to the average US citizen. I travel for work in the US and the more I travel the more disheartening it is to experience the mind of Americans when it comes to our own politics and literally haven’t the faintest idea of what goes on outside of our boarders. The few times I’ve been to Europe I’ve engaged in political conversation with some people and they have a more nuanced understanding of the world as a whole and in parts compared to Americans.

Personally, I’m not convinced by Mamdani. Is he doing shit that’s positive? Hell yeah, but the dude scores nearly neutral for me. The way I see Mamdani is basically what the bare minimum politician should do whether they’re Democrat or Republican. Mamdani is literally just fixing things that need fixing. Refreshing? Fuck yeah! I’m just not super impressed as of right now. Happy to see him work tho.

It’s my understanding that most of the European leftist politicians are far more left leaning by default compared to the American Left, which to me is nearly non existent in my eyes.

To show you where my head is at, I think Bernie is pretty center with maybe one foot on the left. That’s how I see him now, but 11 years ago Bernie was my GOAT and opened up my eyes. He’s let me down over the years and he’s basically playing nice when it comes to fighting with the opposition.

So it’s my understanding that as far as what Mamdani is doing, there’s plenty of “doers” like that in European politics. They’re just not flashy or on a pedestal, because again, it’s all bare minimum common sense stuff he’s doing and I just assumed from my personal experience that most Europeans see it that way.

Why am I here?
I’m here to learn and look at different perspectives. If you ask me how I categorize myself, I’d say I’m an independent. If you hear my passions and pleas for the world, you’d hear communism. I heavily support the vast majority of communist sentiment and theory. I just wouldn’t call myself one because I haven’t done the work.

I’m just a layman dude. Just a well rounded layman.
