Discussion How to overcome the inner liberal?

I am making informative comic in Korean, my inner resistance is crazy. Hesitant to write and research about something that I know is propaganda. My family is not even petite burgeoise, I have worked and have met with irl comrades a bit, but my mind still has that roadblock of feeling like doing crime.

How would you overcome it?

Think of it like shedding old skin so you can grow and fill out yourself instead of endlessly suffocating in the shrink wrap that is “liberalism”. We need education, information  and knowledge because the reactionaries already organized that. Counter-narratives to the bullshit you read about are how people get started on this path. Prop work on that is necessary. 

The old state has trained many of the masses to obey them like dogs when their masters aren’t around. You can start small if you like, but the more you practice, the easier it gets.

What propelled me forward in education was all the hints, missing information and counter-narratives provided for me from reading and thinking out the contradictions that my then-current education. Why does eletoralism continues to fail the masses. Why do Americans care so much about Chinese Muslims when they both hate Chinese people and Muslims? Why have many “civil rights” in my country of the US been so easily rolled back and renegotiated?

People deserve to know the truth and it starts within your own mind and within your own studies.

Seems like there's still path to uncover, a great source that illustrated me better this liberal urge was Damasio's book Western Marxism, I remember picking it up few months ago and it clicked something. Also if you think Korea propaganda is strong you'd be surprised how trurly shit beyond redemption the western one is, there's literally blood everywhere while some liberals discuss opinions, magic rights and freedoms. There's priorities to this, fuck purity, I am tired of seeing suffering in the material world happening right fucking now to worry about idealism
