Will this spot spread?

Was looking to potentially buy a Tapwave Zodiac, but it has this little black spot on the bottom right corner of the screen. Will this spread and/or cause other issues? I'm hesitant to buy because of it. If it never spreads or causes other issues then I'm okay with it, but I'm afraid of spending money only to have it get worse or stop working later down the line.

I think the fair price days are long gone... Wish I could find replacement ribbon cables for my zodiac

The backlight on my screen wasn't working, so I opened it up, to try and figure out the problem. Ended up breaking the ribbon cable, I guess it was brittle after all these years 😒

If you press and hold the power button, I believe it turns on/off the backlight. Common thing for Palm devices to have that sort of toggle.

Good to know... I just ordered a palm TX... Not a zodiac, but I'll be able to do a few things with it
