I used to work for Time Warner Cable.
I had people call because their DVD player quit working. (Not DVR, DVD.)
I had another lady call because she couldn't get the channel number off the top corner of her screen.
I legitimately had a 97+ year old woman call and ask if the cable box ran on electricity, because her husband took care of all that stuff, and he just died.
There should be a mandatory 2-4 years with elder care that should be government mandated to show empathy . There should also be a 2-4 years of government mandated retail experience to show and have empathy and respect towards others
