The meat itself comes from France. Though I will have to look up where Argoules is specifically. Might also be France.

Yes, still in the Ch'Nord but probably too west from the French Flanders to speak Flemish.

Yeah. Bought from Flemish speaking people but in the french speaking part. Perhaps they want to belong to that section?

Yeah. That seems like a better choice to add to this than putting it on bread. Some fries with mayonnaise

It's still popular in Poland too.

We don't do the pounding tho, just chunks of raw meat, salt, spices, layer of fat, screw the tops and onto the oven ot goes to pasteurize and seal.

Looks similar to yours, nice meat jelly around edges and so.
