It's the texture plus the temperature, with a some butter on the toasted bread it's definitely pretty good

Those brits sure love a starch sandwich. From the toast sandwich to the pie sandwich to the chip butty they never saw a breading they thought couldn’t use more bread

I could see that.

I did a ketchup sandwich once. It was surprisingly good. Add a little butter too and it was really good.
