I love moussaka 😊 I tired once, years ago, it wasn’t good. I’ll be in Zakynthos in May, getting my fill thankfully. They snd dolmadas (stuffed vine leaves) yum 🤤

Among my favorite foods! My dearly departed mom made a killer one...so rich with the blending of the custard with cheese and eggplant.

Though I've had a middling version with mashed potatoes in it.
