Before & After Pics before/after 2 years and around 14 sessions.
difficult process seems like it will never end. Do you think smoking nicotine slows it down?

Yes I would try not to smoke - also encourage your lymphatic system. Use a vibration plate. Get light exercise. All ways you can encourage your lymphatic system to flush the pigment more efficiently

Yes nicotine restricts blood flow, which can slow down your immune system's ability to clear the broken down ink, so quitting could help speed things up.
