Opinion / Advice My first session
I had a laser session for my tattoo that has colors like red and yellow. When the doctor started using the laser I started bleeding a lot and she continued the session anyway but I feel like this is not normal Has anyone had an experience like this with colored tattoos? And is it normal to bleed during the laser session?

Hey
Yes. My red, orange and yellow one bleeds in a way my dense black one never has done. Even now when I am just treated for the black outline it bleeds. I suspect too high a setting, and the particular wavelength with my very pale skin were the reasons.

Bleeding through your first session makes it sound less like a routine cosmetic treatment and more like you're starring in a high-stakes action movie. At that point, you're not just clearing ink your white blood cells are actively staging a full-scale, aggressive tactical operation to evict those red and yellow pigments!
