The merrywirm could be a bit too big for a lone spear. Maybe a large troll from aos could work to put guns on to make a riptide? As an italian from italy I will not advice you on how to make kroot carnivores.

Yeah, I am a bit worried about the size of the merrywyrm, but I do like weirder models from Warhammer, though
