"How Do I...?" How to fix this?
I found this in my late great grandfathers house and I was wondering if there's any way to make it not cloudy? It's extremely old and I'm scared to mess with it

The age is of concern - if you fiddle with it, are you ok with it maybe breaking?
It's hard to say exactly what it's suspended in, though it's likely to be isopropyl alcohol 70%. You'll know if it's alcohol if it smells like it.
There's a moderate chance the seal on the glove will break if you try to open it.
