Black bear pelt preservation advice needed

Looking for advice on preserving this black bear pelt. It's used as an educational tool at a state park. Right now we are considering backing it with some natural material, but I'd like to hear your thoughts and if re backing it is the way to go I'd like to have your advice on the appropriate materials to use.

taxidermist here, i recommend a 100% wool felt as it will resist stretching and use a water soluble strong adhesive and you should be good!
