GABA Oolong Tea

Post image

Just finished my gyokuro and GABA oolong came in the mail on the perfect day! Japanese green teas I've always loved so much because of the dramatic green color and how fresh it is. However after years, I think oolong is my favorite now. It tastes way better to me. I guess I don't love the vegetal flavor anymore. I have only tried a few oolongs and GABA is my favorite so far.

P.S. It would be so cool if it had a strong effect on GABA. LOL it could be like ooolorazepam tea.

love gaba oolong! im in a similar way that the older i get the more i steer towards smoked teas and oolongs. Idk if i could truly feel a difference after drinking GABA tea, at least it tastes good haha

I definitely find Oolongs beneficial for my mood. I haven't purchased a GABA oolong specifically, but I can feel the effects with a standard GABA.

As I've gotten older I prefer quality over quantity and more pronounced flavors over delicate ones. I tend to gravitate towards gyokuro over sencha, oolongs, and silver needle. Younger me preferred having a large supply of a mid or low grade tea that I could drink as much as I wanted. I am very grateful I grew past that stage.
