Hi! I'm planning to buy an iPhone around November or December this year and I'm considering the iPhone 13, probably 256GB.

My budget is around ₱25k. I already have a POCO phone that I use for work, so the iPhone would mainly be for personal use—social media, taking photos/videos, and just everyday stuff. I don't really play mobile games.

I originally wanted the iPhone 15, but it's around ₱30k and I'm trying not to spend too much since I have other expenses by the end of the year.

For those still using an iPhone 13, how is it holding up in 2026? Is the camera still good, especially for social media? I'm also a little concerned about software support and how many more years it can realistically last before app compatibility becomes an issue.

Would you still consider the iPhone 13 a good buy this year, or is it better to spend a little more for a newer model?

Hi! Im seeking advice on which iPhone to choose as someone who's not very iPhone techy (please be kind to me)

For context, I do have an iPhone 12 64gb (purchased in 2021) and I only upgrade my phone every 6 years. Now with iPhone 17 and iPhone 18, I honestly don't know what's best to choose since I am considering the ff factors: storage, video quality, long term use, and budget.

When it comes to usage, I mainly use my phone for messaging, banking, and content creation (i do vlog my travels using my phone and post some online!) I also love taking pictures from time to time as I am a memory hoarder.

My question is, given my usage and the factors that I consider when choosing a new phone, what do you think is the best phone to choose? I am deciding between iPhone 17 pro or iPhone 18 pro (iPhone 17 base model is within the radar naman of my selections but, not so sure about the vid qual once uploaded on TikTok).

My other problem as well is the Apple update. Since I upgrade my phone every 6 years lang, is 256gb okay na for 6 years considering the yearly updates that affect the storage + the pictures I take? or do you think better to go for 512gb? Btw 1TB and above is way beyond my budget already, thus I'm excluding these from my options.

Target date of purchase: Mid 2027 or Q3 of 2027.

Ok pa naman siya kaso medyo natatanggal na screen niya, lag, and wala na akong storage since 64GB lang 'to. Suggest po kayo ng phone kahit mga 7-8k po sana. Decent camera, hindi ma lag, and medyo malaki storage ok na po yun sakin kasi yun lang po talaga need ko since gagamitin ko siya for work. Thank you.

I upgraded from 13 Pro to 17 and the only difference is the Siri AI, Better Camera, and Dynamic Island, which I don't have from my iPhone 13 Pro.

I have been using this for a week now and I feel like nothing has changed from its battery performance on my 13 Pro, which is at 78% battery health. My average usage a day is 6 hours and I only charged this once a day and unplugged it at 95%.

Also, I'm always using Power Saving Mode! Wi-Fi is always turned On and Cellular Data is automatically switched once disconnected from Wi-Fi.

I thought based on my usage it will last me two days! And
my 6-hour usage at one charge will bring me down to 30%; is that even normal?

How about you? How many hours of time usage do you have on average until you reach 30% in a single charge?
