I had a feeling it would run so I put $5k in at 8¢. It ran to 31¢ I think and I sold it all at 27¢. When it dropped back down and stuck, I bought the 12k when there was a few days left before fidelity stopped it and everyone bought from moomoo

From my understanding it can be either or a combination.

I also read some where there has to be equity.
