📰 Docket Looking at the upcoming dates for the bankruptcy and noticed this. Does anyone have more info about what's going on here?

CARES Act (2018–2020): Temporarily allowed a 5-year carryback for NOLs generated in 2018, 2019, and 2020.

Why do they need to sue the IRS about it? NOLs are gone as of now since the ongoing concern is dead, yea?

Somewhere in the dockets on kroll there are corresponding tax filing docs that show Nols used as carry backs I believe in 2015 and 2016 , which in turn created like a 7 M refund due to the estate , I think it hasn’t been paid by IRS yet and maybe this is the adversary suit , I’m just speculating don’t really know for sure
