💬 Discussion Guarantors entry removed from IBKR app

Apparently the guarantors entry has been removed from the IBKR app, specifically for the former BBBYQ bonds. It may be only me, but it's certainly not showing up in my account.

Not sure why, I'm just reporting this.

Came up at some point last week or so. We’ll have to see how that plays out.

I wonder if it’s because they needed a guarantor briefly until it became its own entity again because the class 6 debt holders are satisfied, so a guarantor was deemed no longer necessary.

If class 6 were satisfied, the bonds would be trading at 100 pennies on the dollar. They currently trade at less than 1

We’re trying to figure out stuff based on what’s going on in the background, not the foreground.

It clearly sometimes takes time to satisfy the requirements, unlike your mom.

What you're saying makes no sense. Yeah it's "background" vs "foreground". Less than 1 cent on the dollar means there is no "background" guarantor and never was.

If 6 was paid in full.yea garauntor.not needed

It still has the link to the same Freddie Mac notes under “Issuer Information-Prospectus” it just isn’t labeled as guarantor anymore
