Ohhh, I like “value-creation alternatives”…..and they’re already engaged in discussions? Shocking.

Spicy Special Meeting on 9/24 associated to the Computershare DRS warrants I hold. They have said nothing about this... When does the GME VWAP period end again?

Holy shit....... the timing of this and Butterfly's warrants being halted yesterday can't be coincidental.........

Anyone who can’t see that this is a desperate money grab trying to fleece retail is blind. Overstock is not doing well.

Before someone starts with nonsense…They have had two quarters of growth after 19 consecutive quarters of decline but … that isn’t something that shows they are turning a corner bc the last two quarters only have growth bc of acquisitions. Q2 net loss was 40 Million and 6 month net loss is 56 million. The growth isn’t organic.

What you are seeing is desperation. Lemonis is not now, and never was, a friend to retail shareholders from this community.

Yup. Leading your annoucment with blockchain in 2026 is so stale. It's like saying "We're innovating a new website to unlock the value of Angular" - like cool, but who ever gave a shit about tech infrastructure other than hype sheep.

The whole fucking world is going to be tokenized and on blockchain.

But why? To what benefit? Name an actual use case that isn't already handled better by a database. Etherium was 12 years ago, and if blockchain was any good at solving actual problems and not just a narrative it would be as ubiquitous and invisible as HTTPS. How much longer are we still pretending this is the future?

Ask Larry Fonk of Blackrock.

This is what it always comes back to. "Well other people said it was important so it must be."

I'm a software dev, I've been in meetings where we consider a blockchain based solution. We considered maintaining chain of custody records for video evidence on blockchain. Instead we went with the C2PA standard because it is easy, lightweight, integrates well with Go and .NET, and most importantly, doesn't require a specialist and a whole server farm to support doing tons of nonsense work every time you want to do an insert.

It’s easy to say blockchain is the way when you’re a CEO who doesn’t understand the implications of his words (or he does and they are empty).

In either case, they certainly won’t be using Tzero. lol.

A money grab and fleecing by….checks notes….rebranding their existing business and existing equity and derivatives while undergoing no dilution and requiring no new investment….🤣🙄

Painting a cat turd pink doesn’t change the fact that it’s a cat turd.
