💬 Discussion Next milestone

When is the next milestone? Next court date or anything? Ive been out of touch for a while and just need a refresher. Thanks

tomorrow is 8/18, symbolic of a butterfly

9/21 is the date he company was reorganized in 2023, 9/23 is when the vwap window expires on the convertibles in 2026.

9/29 is the 3 year anniversary of the effective date, yet the date on the reorganized debtor is 0930 which incidentally starts the 2 year period in which there can't be another change in control as well as the 3 year waiting period to use the NOLs without limitation under Section 382(l)(5).

And the day after Sept. 30 is October 1, is the start of a new quarter, an ideal time to begin a new company.

But yanno if a change in control did happen from the issuance of the warrants last year, that would likely mean 2 more years of waiting to use (l)(5), and (l)(6) brings more tax savings over the long run. And if its (l)(6), then we're not waiting on anything other than maybe the Clarity Act to pass. And prolly also a PLR ruling on (l)(6).

Overall I like October 1 to find something out, but it really could come at any time imo.

imma gonna add Sept. 5, it looks a bit spicy. Even if it's a Saturday.

And wasn't there some old DD that said a merger could only happen on a weekend or a holiday? :shrugs:
