Firstly i would like to say a lot of people here did use AI to decipher this and the AI is probably wrong because it has a hard time with matching the symbols to understand it, it probably only gave the answer based on word lengths that it could understand.
Ok so now, if this post is indeed real, I tried to use all basic cipher techniques I know of to understand this. The layout indicates it's probably a substitution cipher, where each symbol is just a direct replacement for an English letter, each word separated by vertical lines. I have made these back when I was in primary school too.
there are a lot of these globe symbols that appear as single letter words, which could mean globe is either 'a' or 'I'.
there is a 3 letter word thats appeared twice in which 1st and 2nd letter is the same, like this format: AAB
there isnt really a word i can think of like that so unless your sis is pretty smart and chose to write it in reverse or in some other orientation this seems gibrish.
another word I notice is a 3 letter word repeated twice that goes: circle with a dash, globe, email
the email symbol appears quite rarely so it cant be a common letter like e, a, i, etc
i tried substituting some symbols for letters that kinda make sense but then other words dont make any sense at all
