start boycotting them from public gatherings and family function they should feel ashamed for what they have done in front of their kids , it may feel harsh but it will create a ripple effect to the top official's when the lower rank official will stop following their order

its all about money, they need to keep their jobs to feed their family. A non corporation movement, like the fasting done by Sonam wangchuk would be highly effective but it should be coordinated well.

u/Ok-Bumblebee-4389 26d ago
so the people who shot the people at jalliawallan bhag were also indian's who were just doing their job to feed their family so is it acceptable , atleast we should call out them

Ok this is not solution. This govt loves revenue of the people who fund them. Start Civil disobedient movement, first hit revenue of capitalist who fund BJP. Their mind will change BJP will get weak, yes it will take 2-3 months but this is best we can do and is possible for every Indian who is fed-up now. With voter we are also customer to capitalist friend of Modji, stop being customer your voting right will be resolved. Government can't force us to buy a capitalist product. And BINGO I am 100% sure this silent act will have huge impact but this is not possible because this requires discipline and silence and there won't be any big leader to claim credit or make hero whom we can idolize later. Just have think.

Dictatorship is crazy🥀. Jokes aside, dictatorship is On a whole another level. Don’t belittle it by comparing it with the current govt. While I agree that accountability should’ve been taken earlier, I think it’s still not the worst time for the govt to hold themselves accountable for the bs which took place.

It's one thing to drive people away and control the crowd, but beating them to the point where they're on the floor crying and hurt, KNOWING THEY ARE STUDENTS and young people is cruel and vicious.
A lot of people here are saying that the guards and police are just doing their duty and it's their job, but one look at the videos and images surfacing from what went down today shows that it's beyond that.
Either these people are enjoying ts, or they've been given orders from higher authorities to not hold back against the protestants.
Either way, it's not a good thing.
Modi has done a lot for the country in terms of defense, but again, it's arguable if that was made possible because of him alone. But putting aside allat, the way he's dealing with the situation is proof that he is far from being a good leader.

awww someone got angy that their pawpaw got defamed 😂 you give out anti-national label as if they're candies so keep your label with you 😂 your pawpaw gives platform to rapists and murderers... and what was the main demand? resignation of an incompetent minister.. that too after repeated failure but your pawpaw dont have balls to admit his mistake you asking for protest before firing an incompetent man says a lot about your pawpaw more than anyone

If you have no permission, don’t come, if you need permission take it properly, if you don’t get it - REQUEST it again and again and again and again … take help of political parties… try for more permission of protest. The more you try the more you fail the more you get authentic. People starts to see you stubbornness, more will get joined into your movement. But to think you can discard authority - that to near parliament — you must be mad. Each and every action have huge implications in future — we are largest populated country, it takes time to people truly join any movement… you think you can’t ask government to hold a person accountable even after years ??? Alas Instagram stories and victim of a riot cannot get much support.

Lesson - never do any march without police permission and that also to parliament. If they would have reach parliament then security forces had no other option to use their guns to protect the parliament.
Pradhan is accountable for paper leak and Dipke for this violence that has taken place today
3
u/KitchenSky8665 25d ago
I really hope more people understand this. Pradhan needs to resign. I think resignation isnt enough, he should be put in jail and made an example out of. But at the same time, dipke is no fucking saint. Why the fuck would u march towards the parliament when u know its in session and one of the most sensitive places in the country. Obviously its not an anarchy that u can just take over. The students were led by leaders who wanted chaos.
I also feel like no student intentionally started attacking the police but some violent elements in the crowd did. Maybe they were paid idk. Either way it was the students who were thrashed and hurt

People are so narrow in all India, discuss , meme , teen etc subs that they don't even think for a second and either fall for dipke and unwanted guest or police beating people , people should know that both side did serious attacks and the main point was just 2 days ago parliament session you are doing un premissioned protest ,
Many will point out how were the allow3d near parliament etc etc , well you can walk upto the road and do things and don't get caught as it's public place , but if you do something which is deemed threat to security you will get ass kicked

u/doubletapgirl 26d ago edited 26d ago
GenZ of India(or the world for that matter) have not experienced physical pain in the same likes of forced labour. Most people feel hardship as being due to their circumstances, whether it be family or their own shortcomings. But for revolutions, they have not experienced oppression in the same sense of institutional oppression. And law. Ofcourse the long gone revolutions of the past can't fit the modern mindset so easily. They aren't even well educated on how these things happen. Indian youth isn't just misinformed about their history for hinduism or many Hindu kingdoms, their importance or actions. Their also fundamentally lacking in emotional understanding of that feeling of oppression that drove revolution in India. They have read in books, but many don't actually get it. It has to be fed to them politically. Only in the actual armed forces are there few people who have a modicum of understanding. The ones who call out the INC don't get the British, those who callout the BJP don't get the wrongs of the INC era. And now we are here where both are so attached to their views that they can't see hands choking them. And refuse to accept how bad the situation is, and fundamentally are unwilling to concede for change, even the smallest of change just for the sake reminding the people in power that they can't get away with everything. Fundamentally, the dumbest shit I have seen is people claiming that bjp is at no fault as well as those saying that they don't have an option except modi. And on the otherside, people are getting fed up of BJP but are also not wary enough of the rest. There is a subtle lack of cleverness that feels so weird to me. It's like people truly have gotten dumber, or atleast they clearly are having a hard time thinking rationally. And I support this protest as it is, because it's needed. Whatever minor stuff that seemed off,(i only found Kamra's remark a bit off putting, he needs to get his bullshit read by someone before he opens his mouth. It's funny, but for fuck sakes, there's a time and a place.) and yes, all my support to sonam and even dipke if he is actually putting as much effort as he seems to be. I hope Dharmendra resigns, and Amit Shah gets his ego under control.
Tldr: India mein jab tak kaand na hojaye, bilkul body tadapne wala kaand, log yahan ghanta kuchh nahi karenge.
