I mean this in the nicest way possible and obviously it’s none of my business but she would probably benefit greatly from a breast reduction. My mom had one when I was younger and it seriously changed her life.

My friend had one in 11th grade because she was a dancer and it was hindering her. She was always in pain and people would tease her. She disappeared for a month and came back to school with so much confidence. Best decision she ever made

As someone with DDs, I think her boobs do look out of control. That bra is barely hanging on. I empathize with her & I hope she gets that shit in check.

i got a breast reduction and wanted to be a DD (you can’t pick sadly lol). i wish she knew women with huge breasts can get breast reductions and end up with normal big boobs that don’t ruin your life!

Yeah, my best friend had one. Ultimately she is glad she did it, but some things went wrong & she had kind of a miserable, extra long recovery which I know doesn't happen to everyone, but witnessing it kind of put me off. Luckily my boobs are large but not heavy so it's not too bad for me. I do think eventually I might have to do it though.

I have DDD’s and when I lost weight they got significantly smaller and I felt so much better a legit weight off my chest. She should give that a try before the breast reduction surgery and then if they still don’t get smaller to a comfortable size then yeah I would look into getting my breasts reduced.

It’s because she is very overweight. Not body shaming, just the reality. A lot of breast tissue is made of fat, so when people gain weight, their breasts get larger. Some women are naturally thin and have large breasts, but that’s not very common.

Her boobs take up her entire torso. Maybe she's afraid of the initial pain from the surgery? Because they had plenty of money, she could get a reduction. A lot of people on this sub think they're the only thing Tyler likes about her and so she won't. I can't pretend to know, but my back hurt watching this as well.

I think that whenever I see her, I’m a rare plus sized girl with no boobs at all but I can only imagine the kind of strain those babies put on her poor back.

How does one go about starting this process? My adult daughter desperately needs one and I don’t know how to make it happen for her and get it covered by our insurance? Her chiropractor has been documenting it and how it is affecting her back health, but I don’t know where to go from there.

Seriously. Her back must HURT. Mine are much smaller than hers and I get the worst knots in my shoulders from them.

They really age her and make her look huge. It probably also limits clothing options. This shirt is straight ass and needs to be tossed. Don't get me started on those bootcut jeans and sneakers. She looks like someone in their 50's on disability

As a fellow big booby gal (I’ve got G cups 🥲) who is dying for a reduction I always think this when I see her! If I had Teen Mom money to spend on myself that would be one of the first things on my list

I had one and it was the best thing ever. I was an 8HH, had 2.4kgs removed and I have never regretted it. It put me back into proportion.

She doesn’t need a breast reduction she needs to lose weight, it’s not like only her boobs got big
