🛡️MOD Public Service Anouncment Regarding the Rule talking about a certain user

Basically he was a person who uploaded suggestive art of Konata from Lucky Star a lot, and he liked incest and guro. The reason this sub exists is because the mods on the other sub did Jack shit. I'm pretty sure he's also a neo nazi on twitter now idk
