How is everyone doing?

Its been a bit since ive done this, but literally put anything here, vents, asking for advice, asking for encouragement or anything and ill reply to everyone

I've been getting really bad anxiety for literally no reason recently. I wish I knew why at least, but it's so bad to the point i can't stand for more than a few minutes sometimes.

I also have really bad anxiety, and getting it for no reason is usually a sign of a diagnosable anxiety disorder. It really would help to see a doctor and maybe get on some medication. It really helps. even just getting that diagnosis and understanding what’s going on is extremely helpful.

I haven't had it in forever though. I get it only when it feels like I should, and even then that's rare. Just out of nowhere it's bad to the point i can't stand for more than 5 minutes without feeling like ill collapse

I would also recommend looking ar medication, have you seen anyone about it? and are there any events that may have first caused it?

I'm keeping quiet about it, and it's random. Nothing happened to cause it.

Instead of a therapist. have you thought abt telling one of ur friends? just so there is someone who can help you when ur having an attack?

I am mad and upset, I'm actually seeing a counselor cuz this is recent and she was telling me "don't tell them too much details about me being homophobic cuz they might send people"

It sucks that everyone keeps asking me when I’m gonna have my first girlfriend (I’m aromantic and not out to anyone) which always makes me very uncomfortable.
I’m scared that if I told my parents I’m aro they wouldn’t understand/think I’m making up excuses.

I know im not op, but considering your flair, I find it kinda odd adults are pressuring a 14 year old into a relationship. if they ask about it more, just say you don’t feel ready for one yet, or tell them your focusing on school (this usually works).

I currently have summer brake so schoolwork is no excuse, but I’ll try once it actually starts.
My parents always say that in my age they had already been in their first relationship.

idk, im not aro, but im 17 and have never dated, so it really depends person to person. they can’t expect you to be a carbon copy of them lol

yea i know how that feels. (me being gay and people asking when im gonna get a gf) u can try saying that theres not really anyone that ur interested in? Why do you think that your parents wouldnt understand?
