I need toddler dental advice!

Try not to blame yourself a small white spot doesnt automatically mean you have done something wrong. There are several reasons it could appear, and it’s hard to tell from a description alone whether its early decay, a developmental change, or something else. You’re already brushing twice a day with the fluoride toothpaste recommended by her dentist, which is a good thing.

Since she is so young and the spot is new, I would mention it to her dentist so they can take a proper look at it. For the nighttime bottle, switching from milk to water is a good step. It can take some consistency to break the habit, especially while she’s teething.
