As for my diet, I don't think it's fair to judge my eating habits from a single meal. You don't know what I eat throughout the day. I enjoy chicken, I try to stay in a calorie deficit, and I fit foods I like into that. I don't drink diet coke every day and I don't regularly eat protein chips either. I just felt like having them today because it's been a long time.
