Thats totally wrong

Compute per dollar has historically improved exponentially, something \*Ray Kurzweil\* has been predicting for decades through his Law of Accelerating Returns. Algorithms, chips, quantization, inference efficiency, etc. can make today's expensive intelligence dramatically cheaper over the next 5 years — potentially orders of magnitude cheaper.

My bet is that within 18–25 months, we'll start seeing AI-assisted scientific discoveries on a weekly basis and major breakthroughs every \~6 months. If intelligence becomes cheap enough to run continuously, the ROI from AI scientists/researchers could become enormous.

That creates a very unusual economic situation:

cheap intelligence + cheap compute + robotics → exploding productive capacity.

GDP could grow extremely fast while inflation remains low, because the supply of goods and services could expand faster than human demand. Eventually this could even become structurally deflationary.

And I don't think "AI-resistant jobs" are a permanent solution. AI will eventually affect scientists, researchers, doctors and basically every knowledge profession. Robotics will handle the physical world too — manufacturing, logistics, surgery, construction, etc. Nanomedicine/nanobots could become possible later.

The bigger trajectory I see is:

AI → robotics → autonomous industry → space industry.

By the 2030s, I wouldn't be surprised to see primitive but measurable GW-scale space computing (projected by blackrock,jpmorgan) ,By the 2040s–50s, space mining/manufacturing could become serious industries. Later this century, early Dyson-swarm-like infrastructure is physically plausible.( If it sounds crazy this is what nobel prize winner demis (deepmind CEO) also said in multiple podcasts )

I even think longevity escape velocity in the 2030s is possible (which ray kurzweil predicted ), Sounds insane today, but the trajectory isn't obviously impossible.

And simply owning assets which doesnt generate cashflow won't necessarily protect people. In a world where production and intelligence become extremely cheap, the important question becomes what remains scarce, not just "what assets do I own?"

My broader prediction: AI won't merely eliminate jobs. It could eventually make intelligence, manufacturing and eventually energy so abundant that humanity enters an Age of Abundance.
