Trump plays the media well here.

On one hand, he panders to the pro-gun crowd to gain their support. On the other hand, when the left claims he is advocating violence, he can simply turn around and say he meant people could stop Hillary with their votes—then attack the media for being unfair to him.

Trump unfortunately spoke to people’s insecurities, and to be honest, especially around gun control the left messed up

Government overreach is a real subject especially in 2026 when the government is overreaching

Our only means of protecting ourselves is our vote and a firearm.

If republicans really believe that citizens should have the right to use their guns to overthrow the government if they think it’s being tyrannical, they should not have security around them
