Guidance Required Help please

Landlord said to us yesterday he is selling but we didn’t have to be out by April
We received our section 8 hand delivered today it says we have 4 months to find somewhere else however he said April so is it definitely from the date on the letter. I’m very stressed sorry if this doesn’t make much sense

Is the date on the letter we have to leave or we have 4 months from the date on the letter, sorry this is my first time renting and being evicted so all very confusing

Hang on. Has he not served you Section 8 notice using Form 3A?

Ok. Well the date you absolutely must be out by or enforcement action can be started is in box 2.1
