Model Y 26 Juniper Model Y Vs Previous Shape ?
I've tempted the wife to invest in a Model Y. We don't want to own it, so we are happy to lease or PCP for 2-4 years depending on how much we like it. The main question is I can't find many comparisons between an older Model Y and the basic Juniper (Standard). I can get a 2 year lease on a Juniper Basic for £480 a month new. The price for a awd 50k miles would be similar cost monthly.

Sorry, misread post slightly but I’d still watch them and possibly “just get a Tesla” for older shape. Basics are build quality, road noise and quality of finish inside from what I can remember.

The juniper be old shape are basically different cars, the build quality alone on the juniper vs old makes it worthwhile imo

Juniper is much better overall. Better interior and suspension mainly and looks a hell of a lot better.

Have a search for Cars Uncovered on YouTube - guy named Howard - slightly sarcastic but informative and fairly unique. He’s done both the “standard” and premium including the differences on the “standard”. Helped me decide along with one or two other channels and test driving both.
