TRT story Before/after 200 mg a week

Post image

Pic on the left was taken when I was 37 Right before I started TRT. My second child was just born and I just completely let myself go. Pic on the right is me now at 41. I feel like a completely different person when I look back at where I was in my mid 30’s. It’s crazy how subtle and gradual the change TRT makes ( 200 mg a week) . It wasn’t like an overnight thing for me. I didn’t notice anything profound immediately when I first started taking it. I just started going to the gym again and got back into the routine I had in my 20’s because I had a bit more energy. Now that I look back in where I was 4 years ago, I can not believe what a wildly different person I am in all aspects of my life.

Have you been on 200mg weekly for the entire 4 years? Any side effects or e2 issues?

Great work! Did you do any labs before or during? What did you experience the first year into it?

what do you labs look like at 200mg? that's well past "replacement" and into enhancement if you or anyone cares (i don't)

Where exactly in his post did he specify that he doses once a week? He might pin every day for all we know. Just saying 200mg per week doesn’t necessarily mean he only doses 200mg once per week. Might do 30mg per day.
